The television series “Arrow” is based on characters that appear in DC’S graphic novels and comic books. The show is from Bonanza Production Inc. along with Warner Bros. and Berlanti Productions. The producers of the show are Greg Berlanti, the executive producer of “Brothers and Sisters” and “Green Lantern”, Andew Kreisberg, the executive producer of “The Vampire Diaries”, Marc Guggenheim, the executive producer of “FlashForward” and the executive producer of the hit television series “Game of Thrones” – David Nutter. Also, Mellisa Kellner Berman, the executive producer of “Dirty Sexy Money” is the co-executive producer of “Arrow.” Starting this year on October 10th, the show will air on The CW on Wednesdays, at 8:00 p.m.

After suffering a terrible shipwreck Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), a young spoiled billionaire was presumed dead until he was found alive on a deserted island in the Pacific Ocean. Soon after his return to his hometown Starling City, Oliver realizes that he has to make up for his mistakes by trying to improve his relationships with his family and his former girlfriend Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy). Meanwhile, he tries to hide that he himself has been changed by ordeal, but his mother Moira (Susanna Thompson), his beloved sister Thea (Willa Holland) and his closest companion Tommy (Colin Donell) become aware of the fact that Oliver is hiding something from them. While is trying to cover the truth, he secretly disguises himself as a vigilante and calls himself Arrow. Oliver is determined to hide his second identity in order to set things right and to restore the damage which his family has done. During the day Oliver acts exactly like the person he was before, protected by John Diggle (David Ramsey), his bodyguard, but at night he assumes the identity of Arrow. But soon after his girlfriend’s father Detective Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne) finds out that there is a vigilante in Starling city, he makes everything possible to arrest him. In the mean time, Oliver discovers that his mother Moira is connected to the shipwreck and she hides the real truth behind it, she is not the person Oliver thought she was.
