Created by Eric Ripken and produced by the well-known J.J Abrams, “Revolution” is an American forthcoming science fiction television series, which is about to air at 10 pm, on Monday, 17th of September, on NBC this year.
Revolution television series has quite an interesting setting. It scene is laid in a post-apocalyptic future. 15 years earlier a strange phenomenon occurred disabling all kinds of technology, varying from computers and car engines to even batteries. People were made to adjust to a world with no electric power or technology, where only warlords and militias ruled the areas. The television series concentrates on the Matheson family, who possess a valuable item which can unravel the misery of what happened 15 years ago. During the series the Matheson family tries to find a way to reveal the cause of the electric blackout and to reverse it. But the family has powerful enemies who want to take their power away from them.
There are many actors who appear on Revolution television series. One of them is Bully Burke, notorious for his role of Charlie Swan in “The Twilight Saga”, who embodies the role of Miles Matheson. Miles Matheson is a warrior and a onetime Marine, who lives a solitary life in “Revolution.”
Tracy Spiridakos, who appeared on the famous television series “Supernatural” and many other television shows, plays the role of Charlie Matheson. Charlie Matheson is the fearless and stubborn daughter of Ben Matheson.
Graham Rogers, who appeared in the film “Struck by Lightning,” takes the role of Danny Matheson. Danny Matheson is Charlie Matheson’s younger brother, who is very considerate of others.
J.D Pardo, who starred in “American Dream” NBC series, transforms into the role of Nate, a militia member, who has mixed feelings for Charlie Matheson.
Zak Orth, who is best known for his roles in the films “Romeo and Juliet” and “Music and Lyrics”, plays the role of Aaron, a computer genius, who is very surprised and not equipped for the electric blackout.
Maria Howell, also known for her roles in “Daddy’s Little Girls” and “Meet the Browns”, assumes the role of Grace in Revolution television series.
Tim Guinee, famous for his roles in “Iron Man” and “Iron Man 2”, plays the role of Ben Matheson – Danny and Charlie’s father, who covers up an unknown connection to the electric blackout.
Elizabeth Mitchell, who portrayed Mrs. Claus in the film “The Santa Clause 3: The Escape”, plays the role of Rachel Matheson, Danny and Charlie’s mother in the series.
Giancarlo Esposito, also famous for his role in ABC’s series “Once Upon a Time”, plays the role of Captain Tom Neville, the leader of the militia.
David Lyons, well-known from the series “Sea Patrol”, assumes the role of Bass (General Monroe).
